Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
  • If you have questions or concerns, please contact us prior to your order so that we can guarantee satisfaction. 
  • Please review all product details and images before placing your order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
  • There will be no returns for wood imperfections and markings on signs. Different wood imperfections and markings can include knots, medullary rays, color variations and changes, checks, bird pecks, insect burrows, and spalting. Wood is a natural product, and like ourselves, has beautiful variations that we need to love and embrace.
