  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Shipping times are in addition to the processing time, and delivery dates are only estimates. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including customs inspections or courier delays.
  • Buyers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Salt + Birch is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.

  • Salt + Birch is not responsible for delays in shipping once the order has left our facility. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information for further assistance.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply to their orders. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Salt + Birch is not liable for any delays caused by customs inspections or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Processing Time:

    • All custom items are handmade and made to order. As a result, processing times may vary.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for the completion of your custom order. This time frame is necessary to ensure that your item is crafted with care and precision.
