Order Processing: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud.

Processing Time:

    • All custom items are handmade and made to order. As a result, processing times may vary.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for the completion of your custom order. This time frame is necessary to ensure that your item is crafted with care and precision.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe specified during checkout. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of the issue. There will be no returns for wood imperfections and markings on signs. Different wood imperfections and markings can include knots, medullary rays, color variations and changes, checks, bird pecks, insect burrows, and spalting. Wood is a natural product, and like ourselves, has beautiful variations that we need to love and embrace.
